November was the month where the TL team really clicked. Everyone worked hard and the results were shown in another record month for interviews which led to a record billing month.
In recruitment land the hard work never stops, but we have put ourselves on a really solid footing into 2019.
What was particularly good was that everyone contributed, and our fees came from a real mix of firms. From niche PI firms through to city centre heavyweights (both existing and new business), and across a broad mix of practice areas.
Candidates generation has been and will continue to be a key challenge for recruiters across every sector, not just legal. Finding hard to find candidates is a skill and they have a tendency to pop up when they are least expected, often just in the nick of time!
The plan up until Christmas week is to put our foot on the gas and get some interviewed teed up in January so we don’t start the year in a panic! There is still recruitment to be done in 2018.
One last comment is how pleased we are with the work Jade has been doing from a social media marketing perspective. Her work sometimes goes unnoticed (as we are busy fee earning) and Jade doesn’t like to blow her own trumpet but there is some creative content going out which is improving every month – well done!
