A leading Commercial Law firm with offices across the North West are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join the Housing and Regeneration team at their Liverpool office.

The Role:

You will be working within the Housing and Regeneration team supporting a team of Fee Earners.
The types of work you will be involved with include -

Plot sales
* Assisting with acquisition and development projects.
* Title and search reviews and reports.
* Shared ownership plot sales disposals and staircasing
* Right to Buy / Acquire transactions
* Individual residential unit disposals, buy-backs, repossessions.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will ideally have gained a law degree and LPC qualification or ILEX qualification.
You will be hardworking, well organised and an excellent team player.

Salary and Benefits:
