In this commercial property position you will be working closely with an excellent team that has experience of working across a number of sectors and industries.

Key areas of commercial property work will include:

• Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
• Drafting and negotiating leases
• Site assembly for both residential and commercial developments
• Preparing management and option agreements
• Business sales with a property element
