A leading Cheshire based firm are looking to expand their conveyancing department through the addition of a post completions assistant. The firm have one of the highest regarded conveyancing departments in the North West and this is reflected by recent awards that they have won. The firm are looking to add an experienced post completion assistant into their thriving residential department. You will be responsible for the client after care of files along with other post completion matters. You will be processing a high volume of conveyancing registration applications to the Land Registry across all aspects of residential conveyancing. You will also be responsible for dealing with any land registry requisitions. The residential department currently has 11 fee earners and you will be responsible for all post completion work once the departments files have completed, it is therefore essential that you have a proven track record of dealing with this volume of post completion work.
The salary will be up to £18,000 alongside generous annual leave and a 4 day Christmas shutdown and a great benefit package.
