We have been approached by a growing, progressive and entrepreneurial commercial firm in Chester where there is now the chance for a 5 year + PQE Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join the team. This is a rare opportunity for a solicitor with ambition to join an established and well-respected firm offering excellent prospects and the chance to work in a friendly but professional working environment. While there is lots of work in the department, some following/ work referral network will be expected.

Keys areas of dispute resolution work will include (but not limited to) commercial litigation, debt recovery, intellectual property, professional negligence as well as shareholder and director disputes.

You will join a friendly team with a fantastic reputation and will undertake very good quality work. On offer for the successful applicant is a competitive salary and benefits package, career progression and extensive support to enable professional growth. Strong negotiation skills are a must, along with great communication skills and commercially.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of one of the most exciting law firms in the region. Salary will depend on experience, but is likely to be over £55,000.
