Vacancy Details

A technically capable residential property fee earner is now being recruited a long respected high street law firm at their office north of Bradford.

They have an excellent reputation, good quality work and a lovely working environment. You will be dealing with high quality residential conveyancing work to include sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages and new-builds etc.

This is a strategic hire rather than a replacement position that will suit a fee earner who is experienced at working in a full-service firm rather than in a high-volume conveyancing environment. The firm has been around for a long time so has a loyal and long-standing client base. While managing existing work, you will have the opportunity to build your own client base/ local refer sources with support from the wider firm.

Our client is looking for a residential conveyencer with at least 3 years experience (qualified or non qualified) who can handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to conclusion with supervison as and when needed.

If you are ambitious and self-motivated, career prospects with this well managed firm are excellent. The successful person will be given the support, training and help required to become an important part of the property team.

The salary is up to £32,000 dependent on experience with a good benefits package.

Please click 'apply'. Don't worry if you don't have an up to date cv, call or text Joe Rees directly to get the ball rolling. Any reference to PQE and salary are for guidance only.
