We are working with a top 50 UK firm who are keen to add an Employment lawyer to their team in Manchester or Leeds.
This role will be closely aligned to working with a client on a national basis dealing with in excess of 400 employment tribunal claims a year.
The cases will predominately cover discrimination, whistleblowing and complex unfair dismissal employment tribunal claims.
Employment tribunal advocacy experience is essential for this role as you will also conduct multi-day advocacy at the Employment Tribunal on a national basis and remotely where necessary and provide strategic employment law and HR advice to employers.
This role is ideal for an Employment lawyer who has between 3 and 5 years' PQE and is technically strong and enjoys assisting clients with their employment tribunals.
You will be accomplished at working in a team as well as supporting clients with their complex employment issues.
