Vacancy Details

We are seeking a probate litigation solicitor who will be joining one the best regional firms in the North West at their Chester Head Office. This is a highly successful probate litigation team of 4 within the highly rated private client team.

You will be responsible for advising clients on a broad range of probate litigation matters including including inheritance act claims, validity challenges, removal of executors, construction applications and proprietary estoppel claims.

The Head of Department is particularly keen to hear from solicitors (from 3 years PQE) with existing probate litigation experience gained from a similarly highly rated firm. A strong academic record and demonstrable client care skills will both be looked on favourably.

The salary up to £44,000 dependent on experience and PQE, alongside a strong benefits package.

When normality resumes our client will be embracing flexible working, with a split of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office available. On that basis, they are keen to consider applicants outside the local area.

Joe really listened to and understood what i was looking for, and was a great help when it came to preparing for the interview and keeping me updated with feedback.
