We are acting on behalf of a highly-rated multi office North West market leader where there is an opening for an Employment Associate at the Chester office. The team advises businesses, their owners and high net worth individuals local and nationwide. They include SME's, financial institutions, real estate investors and PLC's.

This highly ranked, award winning firm has grown year and year, and is now very much an employer of choice in the region. On offer is quality work, top end salaries and long term career opportunities. The management team is looking to recruit an employment solicitor with broad commercial experience working with an SME/ OMB client base rather than only PLCs and corporate support.

Work would be varied and include employment disputes, business transfers and TUPE, corporate support, restructuring and redundancy, bespoke training for management, business immigration, trade unions and collective issues and specialist HR support.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of one of the most exciting law firms in the region.

Salary will depend on experience, but is likely to be in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 with the flexibility to go above that for the right solicitor. Benefits include healthcare, life cover, Group pension and childcare voucher. Hours 9 - 5.30pm.

Our client is embracing flexible working, with a split of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office available. On that basis, they are keen to consider applicants outside the local area.
